Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

All products are shipped in discreet, protective packaging appropriate for research materials. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered on the order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible — once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to reroute or stop it. We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with your local carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered, or for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are research compounds, returns are accepted only under strict conditions to preserve product integrity:

  • Items may be returned only if they are 100% unopened, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging with all factory seals intact.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us to obtain one before sending anything back.
  • No returns are accepted more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the return shipment.
  • Approved returns are inspected on arrival and refunded only if received in new, unused, sealed condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

Order Changes

If you need to change an order after it has been placed, contact us within 24 hours. Changes requested after that window may not be possible once an order has entered processing.
