This Privacy Policy explains how Noverix Research Labs, operated by Noverix LLC (“Noverix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you visit noverixresearch.com or place an order. By using our site, you consent to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information gathered automatically as you use the site:

• Account & order information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number.
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send us by email or through forms on the site.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and provide customer support.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service-related messages.
• To send marketing or newsletter emails where you have opted in — you may unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and prevent fraud.
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly without them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, email/marketing platform, and website hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we have a reason to. Below is what we hold and for how long:

• Account information (name, email, phone, addresses) — kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
• Order and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years after the order, because tax, accounting, and chargeback-dispute rules require it. These records survive account deletion; see the exceptions below.
• Waitlist and reservation entries (name, email, location, compounds of interest) — kept until the related program ends or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
• Marketing contacts — kept until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe we retain your email address on a suppression list so we do not accidentally email you again.
• Support correspondence — kept up to 3 years so we have context if you contact us again.
• Server and security logs — typically 90 days, used to investigate abuse and protect the site.

When a retention period ends, we delete the information or irreversibly anonymize it so it can no longer be linked to you.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Wherever you live, we extend the following rights to every customer — not just residents of states that require it:

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correction — have inaccurate information fixed.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated personal information.
• Portability — receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer, or ask us directly.

How to make a request. Email support@noverixresearch.com from the address on your account and tell us which right you are exercising. We may ask you to confirm a detail from your account so we do not disclose your information to someone else. We respond within 45 days; if we need more time, we will tell you why before that deadline.

What we cannot delete. We must keep certain transaction records to satisfy tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations, and we keep unsubscribe records so we do not email you again. We will tell you if any part of a deletion request is limited for one of these reasons.

No penalty for asking. We will never deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lower level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children’s Privacy

Our site and products are intended only for qualified adults (21+) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted, with the “last updated” date reflecting the most recent change.
