Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. During periods of high volume or limited stock, processing may take slightly longer; we will notify you if a significant delay is expected.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship via reputable U.S. carriers with tracking on every order. Once your order ships, estimated transit time is generally 2–5 business days depending on your location. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown on the site.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the notification.

Packaging & Product Integrity

All products are carefully packaged to preserve integrity in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us promptly.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address, nor for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If tracking shows a problem, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date so we can help open a carrier investigation.
